I love it. It’s just is so easy. I can take a specific house on site, can take a specific supported person within that house. We can look at specific behaviours, times. We can do an overarching view of the entire organisation, or we can drill it down to individuals and individual houses. It’s brilliant!
PBS Champion has been a dream since we started using it. It has saved me and my team so much time when collating and analysing data for functional behaviour assessments. It allows us to look at other trends easily beyond simple abc’s, times of day, days of the week, locations, the effectiveness of strategies etc. By saving so much time on the data side of things, it allows us more time to do direct observations and spend time with people. This is often the most powerful type of assessment, especially when backed up by good data analysis.
This software is fab, I have been able to generate a lot of data for professionals so thank you! We work with people who have lots of oversight from commissioners, CQC and Multidisciplinary teams, so it’s really helpful to be able to access this information so quickly and easily. Prior to PBS Champion it was taking us a whole day each month to collate the data we needed for each person.

Really well delivered, it was so good to see my team’s enthusiasm and for them to have light bulb moments relating to the things I know that are issues within their teams. The trainer was really knowledgeable and has lots of real life examples from her experiences which is very powerful. All of the workshop days were excellent!
